What is the best quality drinking water for the body?
Why is body and embryonic fluid hexagonal water less than 3 nm? This is because only hexagonal water, a crystalline structure formed from 5-7 water molecules, can pass through ‘aqueous channels’ in cell membrane, each a hexagonal channel formed by 6 intertwining polypeptides. Hexagonal water can go in/out of cells freely to deliver nutrients, oxygen, water as well as remove toxic waste as a result of TCA, all of which is an important part in metabolism to provide energy! ‘Aqueous channels’ clearly dictate to us that the best quality water is hexagonal crystal water comprising 5-7 water molecules and less than 3 nm!
